Pond & Lake Management Sales Specialist (Industry Experienced)
Full-time | Five Days per Week | In-Person – Richardson, TX
Stop Doing the Work. Start Leading It.
If you’ve spent years in the field managing ponds, lakes, aeration systems, algae outbreaks, and water quality issues—you already know what works and what doesn’t.
Now imagine getting paid to apply that knowledge at scale—without the heat, the physical grind, or the limitations of one property at a time.
At Natural Waterscapes, we’re looking for an experienced pond & lake professional ready to transition into a high-impact, high-earning sales role—helping customers across the country solve real water management problems using your expertise.
About Natural Waterscapes
Natural Waterscapes is a national leader in science-driven pond and lake management solutions. Founded in 2007, we’ve grown from hands-on construction and restoration into a data-driven, e-commerce-powered operation serving customers across the U.S.
We combine real-world field experience with advanced tools, lab analysis, and proven products—giving our team the ability to deliver solutions that actually work.
Why This Role Is Different
Turn Your Experience Into Income
Hourly + commission with uncapped earning potential. Top performers earn $25,000+ annually in commissions, and that number grows as your expertise translates into sales.
Get Out of the Field—Keep the Impact
No more battling weather, equipment breakdowns, or long days on job sites. You’ll still solve the same problems—but from a professional, structured environment.
Be the Expert Customers Actually Need
Most competitors are guessing. Our customers come to us because they want real answers. Your experience becomes a competitive advantage immediately.
Scale Your Knowledge Nationwide
Instead of working one pond at a time, you’ll influence hundreds—guiding property owners, HOAs, landowners, and managers to better outcomes.
Growth That Rewards Expertise
This role can evolve into senior sales, technical advisory, training, or leadership positions as we expand.
What You’ll Do
Work directly with customers to diagnose pond and lake issues and recommend effective solutions
Translate real-world field experience into clear, confident product and treatment recommendations
Interpret water quality data, algae/weed issues, and system performance to guide decisions
Educate customers on aeration, nutrient management, biological treatments, and long-term management strategies
Convert inbound leads into sales through phone, email, and online communication
Build long-term relationships with customers who rely on your expertise
Document interactions and opportunities within CRM systems (NetSuite, Zoho, or similar)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Stay current on evolving best practices in pond and lake management
