💰 Compensation

  • Competitive hourly pay PLUS uncapped commissions

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding service and technical support

  • Manage and update customer information in CRM (NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar)

  • Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate product recommendations

  • Offer technical sales support by identifying customer needs and recommending the best solutions

  • Recognize new business opportunities and proactively expand the customer base

  • Provide troubleshooting guidance and answer product questions

  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment

  • Track results, meet sales goals, and continuously improve performance

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales and customer service (phone or online sales a plus)

  • Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and sales-focused with a positive, professional demeanor

  • Passion for the outdoors, water management, or environmental solutions is highly desirable

  • Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, or equivalent)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Comfortable leveraging social media, Google Ads, or digital marketing for sales outreach

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
