- Interpret water quality data, biological indicators, and ecosystem dynamics to guide customer decisions
- Advise customers on fisheries management, stocking strategies, and population balance
- Diagnose pond and lake issues including nutrient loading, algal blooms, and oxygen limitations
- Recommend solutions including aeration systems, biological treatments, and nutrient management strategies
- Translate complex ecological concepts into clear, actionable recommendations
- Convert inbound leads into sales through consultative conversations (phone, email, online)
- Build long-term customer relationships grounded in trust and technical credibility
- Document interactions and insights within CRM systems (NetSuite, Zoho, or similar)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure execution aligns with recommendations
- Stay current on emerging research, tools, and best practices in fisheries and aquatic management
- Scientifically grounded — You understand fisheries biology, limnology, or aquatic ecology at a practical level

- Degree in Fisheries Biology, Aquatic Ecology, Environmental Science, or related field
- Experience in fisheries management, pond/lake consulting, or aquatic resource management
- Knowledge of water chemistry, nutrient cycling, and dissolved oxygen dynamics
- Familiarity with fish population management, forage systems, and stocking strategies
- Experience interpreting water quality data and biological assessments
- Exposure to aeration systems, aquatic vegetation management, or lake restoration techniques
- Experience with CRM systems such as NetSuite, Zoho, or similar
