E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking an E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist to join our team!

You will work closely with our team to fulfill customer orders across a variety of e-commerce platforms. This is a Monday thru Friday, first shift position in a growing family-owned organization. Responsibilities:

Process and package customer orders with a focus on customer service
Prepare shipping labels using Shipstation or Amazon SellerCentral
Resolve customer delivery inquiries and complaints
Process Amazon orders, returns, and inventory via Amazon SellerCentral
Process e-commerce transactions via e-commerce platform
Perform warehouse packing of multi-size products
Assist with routine upkeep of warehouse space

Qualifications:

Previous experience in fulfillment, distribution, retail, or warehouse operations
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
Experience with Shipstation or similar shipping management software
Ability to build rapport with co-workers and clients
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to adapt and learn new software/cloud platforms

REQUIRED SKILLS

Must be customer-oriented and exhibit strong customer service skills
Must be willing to take direction and work well with others
Must have problem-solving abilities
Excellent computer skills
Ability to routinely lift up to 55 lbs

Warehouse Pickers & Packers: 1 year (Preferred)
